Supercharger
This is a first ever positive displacement supercharger system developed for the Toyota/Lexus V8 engines in the GS430. Virtually a drop-in unit, the kit offers various stages of power increases with just a switch of a pulley. A cast aluminum manifold was designed to adapt the supercharger and replace the factory manifold.
Designed completely in CAD for optimal fitment, performance and manufacturing ease – the part incorporates the proper drafting angles and geometry needed for permanent mold casting process. CNC programs and fixtures were developed for final machining of mating surfaces, ports and etc. Numerous CNC milled aluminum components were designed for the cooling system and the unique belt drive system needed to drive the supercharger. Most of the components, including the manifold will fit a few generations of the UZ engines across various models – further development will expand the system compatibility to a few more platforms.
